SIRIUS is partner in DigiWell, a knowledge-building project financed by the Research Council of Norway, Equinor and Kongsberg Digital. See this link. The aim of the project is to develop new knowledge and tools for prediction and operation of the production on oil and gas fields under uncertainty. We are participating in this work by contributing a post-doctoral fellow, who will work on developing and applying semantic technologies to the data science problems raised in this project. This work will be done in close collaboration with researchers at the University of South-Eastern Norway, MIT, Imperial College London and SINTEF.

The main purpose of a postdoctoral fellowship is to provide the candidates with enhanced skills to pursue a scientific top position within or beyond academia. To promote a strategic career path, all postdoctoral research fellows are required to submit a professional development plan no later than one month after commencement of the postdoctoral period.
