Job description

The aim of the Sahu group is to utilize genome-wide multi-omics methods to understand cancer epigenome reprogramming. We use modern cutting edge functional methods like ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, HiC either at bulk or single cell levels together with high-throughput methods like massively parallel reporter assays (MPRAs) to understand the gene regulatory logic and the deregulated programs in cancers of endodermal origin. We are routinely improving these methods for more translational research for the benefit of the patients in the Nordic hospitals.

We announce a 1-year extendable Principal Engineer/Research assistant position and are looking for a motivated candidate for managing laboratory operations, assisting researchers in their experiments and lab activities, and optimizing and conducting routine experimental protocols.
