APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The Department of Finance at BI Norwegian Business School is seeking applicants for visiting positions in finance for a period of up to two years The visiting positions are open at all ranks.

Applications should include a cover letter specifying that you are applying for “lecturer” or “visiting position,” curriculum vitae, a job market paper, and, if applicable, teaching evaluations. Candidates should also include contact information of at least three references. Please submitte by our recruitment system by Monday, August 16, 2021.

JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Finance or Economics with a research background in finance. We are seeking candidates who ideally have a research agenda or experience in teaching behavioral finance, sustainable finance, financial statement analysis or related topics. Applicants for visiting associate or visiting full professor position must have a strong record of scholarly publications. Employment begins no later than in January 2022.
