Bl Norwegian Business School invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Communication. The department has 39 full-time faculty and conducts active research and teaching within the fields of communication, intercultural communication, society and internet, cross-cultural management, creative industries and innovation in education management
In line with the Bl vision of being a leading academic business school in Europe, we are searching for a candidate who holds a minimum of a Master's degree from a reputable institution and preferably a PhD. The position is permanent and the appointee will be expected to teach and examine in communication fields such as communication in organizations, digital communication and work learning and communication, culture and ethics in the age of digital transformation. Candidates are expected to bring a solid history of teaching excellence as well as a mature, engaged and collegial outlook.
Courses to be taught by the successful candidate will all taught in English. Consequently, the applicant must have fluent spoken and written English and preferably experience and knowledge from international management and business. It is important that the applicant can initiate and lead pedagogical and academic work and establish multi discipline cooperation with other actors within teaching and business and industry in Norway and abroad. Importance will also be attached to the breadth of the candidate's previous work.

Qualifications will be evaluated according to the usual rules for academic positions at the tertiary level as they are expressed in Bi's employment regulations. Bl Norwegian Business School reserves the right not to employ applicants who are qualified academically if one finds that they do not possess the required teaching skills, teaching experience or personal cooperation skills. The position entails membership in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund.
