In addition, the following qualifications will be valued:

  • Documented experience with interoperability of materials modelling and strategies, for instance the one developed by the European Materials Modelling Council (EMMC).
  • Experience with functional materials and a drive to develop projects within this area.

We are looking for you who:

  • Are truly enthusiastic about computational materials science.
  • Are creative and have a lot of ideas. Are oriented towards opportunities and solutions and can thereby solve advanced challenges.
  • Take initiative.

  • Excitingly approach new challenges to further develop your own professional competence base.
  • Work independently as well as in a team, and can build and maintain professional networks
  • Have good communication skills and a good grasp of written and spoken Norwegian and English. Are willing to learn Norwegian through the courses offered if you do not speak a Scandinavian language.

We offer:

  • Exciting tasks in an internationally recognized, dynamic, and motivating working environment.
  • Great opportunities for professional and personal development in an organization that values responsibility and initiative.
  • Participation in innovative national and international projects in close collaboration with industry.
  • Collaboration with academic staff and students at universities and colleges.
  • Flexible working hours, salary based on qualifications, social benefits, good pension, and insurance schemes.
